Very rude service by young girl with glasses and light hair on monday 10th May. No hello how are you just rude & abrupt . Do they only respect locals in this supermarket ??

Having health issues to deal with I find all the staff to be kind, helpful, courteous and just the best. They lift my spirits on a bad day just by their friendly banter. Fabulous team.

Website says closes at 8pm, so at 7.26pm on a Monday night I expect it to be open, but alas no, locked up tight as a drum, in a country town, just not good enough

The products that l requested are always available and more. As a previous owner of a supermarket in Trentham, it reminds me of my days a good laugh and great service. Thank you so much it means a lot for a small town.

My family has been stuck over covid 19, we spent a lot of money in Trentham IGA. Tonight I was served by Nat. Not only was she rude but threw my groceries about like the had no value. When I asked her why she did so she said she was busy. If that is an excuse then I'm not sure that is how you should treat your customers.

Good service, good coffee, excellent sausage rolls. Perfect stop on the way for a Winter's fishing on the nearby reservoirs.

Stock past use by dates, very limited range, in need of a clean and a good range of items. Oh a smile and a little service wouldn't hurt either. To add insult to injury the prices are astronomical. Never again

It is a real joy to shop at our IGA when I am in Trentham, usually for a couple of days a week. The staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are excellent - better than the CBD.
