Absolutely love this shop! Always a great selection of ladies clothing, shoes, accessories, home accents and giftware. There are actually two shops in the plaza which makes for great selection.

My “go to” place to shop for interesting and unusual gifts at a reasonable price. Everything I’ve bought for family and friends both interstate and overseas, over the last twelve months, has been an amazing success. Love this shop so many beautiful things

Very disappointed in Joshua Thomas store in Arundel today. I recently received a bracelet as a Gift which did not fit. As it was from a close relative and I knew the store well they offered me the receipt to swap it. The gift was still wrapped in the original Joshua Thomas tissue paper and obviously never worn (as could been seen from the condition and the fact it did not fit on my wrist). I was just seeking to swap it over to a different size. My request was refused based on the item being purchased over 14 days ago. I understand that is their ‘right’ and the Manager quoted the ACCC Act to me, but why in this case not allow an exception? No refund was being sought, goods were in perfect condition and I’m a local who has shopped in the stores before and would have again in the future.

Be back several times. Fantastic customer service. All round great shop for gifts or oneself. I'll be back.

Well stocked, worth a visit, nice clothes

My best friend and I went in today just before closing. Not that it matters but both my friend and I were well dressed, we were both wearing dresses and looked neat and tidy. I was walking around holding two items that I was thinking of purchasing. The woman who works there came up to me and asked me if I needed her to hold onto the items, I said to her that I was fine and I was still browsing and thinking about these items. She moved towards me and said “okay do you want to put them on the counter.” It was phrased as I didn’t have a choice, it was either to put it on the counter or to give to her to hold on to.She made us feel uncomfortable and was clearly keeping her eyes on us as we were moving around the store. We were in the store a couple of days previously and it was the same energy from her.It was such a negative experience with the woman that we put our items down after a while and walked out of the store. The male worker that was at the store was lovely and let us browse without pushing us or making us feel uncomfortable or like we were thieves.Overall not a great experience and we will not be returning. We were prepared to do last minutes Christmas shopping there and spend potentially hundreds of dollars.

One of the best fashion boutiques. Great designs & Donna will make sure you look fabulous. A must visit. Also have a lovely range of quality gifts & natural make up.
