My son was referred to Tursa Indooroopilly as a recent school leaver with a disability to assist him in finding his first job. John has gone out of his way to help him secure work. He checks in fortnightly to see how my son is going & is always available to discuss any issues if needed. We are grateful for his knowledge & assistance.

Friendly staff. Pleasantly greeted. I was here to use the computers, September 26, 2019. I wasn't here long enough to offer a detailed review. There were fewer computers than my home base network provider office, so unemployment must be lower.

The staff here have always been friendly, supportive and professional. They have been flexible with accomodating my schedule and have offered real-world, practical advice that has helped me find work. They have also been very supportive of helping me after I found work to help me adjust to the new position.

I'm really shocked at how patronising the staff member I deal with can be. She actually smirked at me whilst telling me I can't just look for teaching jobs (I'm a trained teacher and have taught for 20 years) - and that I have to look for retail work. That woman made me feel incredibly stressed rather than empowered about finding my next job.

I have been with other multiple employment agencies. After being connected with tursa, I was able to gain the confidence I needed to seek out employment opportunities. I have now engaged with multiple job employers and am looking forward to a brighter future. Tursa where their to guide and advice me what I needed to do when I was stuck. Having not worked for some time this was daunting. I would like to personally mention Skye who I regularly engaged with at Tursa. Who has gone above and beyond to help me find emoyment.
