I would like to say that I’m very impressed with the service I had from Brian, Pat and all the staff at GRANDNISAN –MORPHET VALE. Brian was so friendly and very informative about the car. He made buying a car easy and didn’t pressure you to buy. When I picked up the car , I was so impressed and shocked how they displayed the car. I couldn’t stop smiling. I never thought a car yard would go to all that effort. It was simply amazing. Those guys there should be so proud of themselves . I just wanted to say thank you so much for my experience I had buying a car from you. I’m 100 % happy with the service I had and even the way they worked with me. I recently decided it was time to get a new car. My plan was to look around at a lot of cars over a few months. First stop was Southern Vales Nissan where I took 2 cars for a test drive while they looked at my car and gave a trade in price. Both the new car snd the trade in price were what I had hoped for. I ended up going with a near new car and could not be happier. The service from Joelle and Jordan was exceptional, they made what could be a stressful experience easy.Thanks to the whole team, I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Interesting experience today when looking at a used Mustang they had in stock.Was immediately told “you have to purchase the car first” before they would even entertain the test drive.Not sure about everyone else but isn’t a test drive part of the whole car buying experience? Regardless of if you plan to purchase the vehicle or not. How else are you supposed to experience what that vehicle has to offer compared to other vehicles.Was also told that certain vehicles are to be sold without a test drive ever occurring because the customer knows what they are buying and therefore don’t need to drive the vehicle.What stupid backwards thinking sales tactic is this?Who drops $65-$70,000 on a vehicle they have never driven before?Certainly won’t be coming back to entertain this dealerships ridiculous sales tactics.

Best place to buy a car. Gary Edwards and his team is super efficient and helpful. The service was abolutely great and the gave me a great deal on a second hand Nissan X-Trail 4x4. Thanks Mark Thompson the Assistant Manager and his team.......they even gave me a free Weber BBQ and a full tank of petrol.

Where do I start.From the initial email enquiry it was game on. I was hesitant to ever go back here after my experience over 6 years ago. However, a change of ownership and management and what a huge impact that has made.Joelle was a superstar, nothing was ever too hard and I always felt like a priority. A big thanks to Shane and the team at Southern Vales Nissan. I picked up a 2020 Nissan Navara N Trek just over a week ago. The friendly team went above and beyond and presented the Nav in show room condition. The customer service I got was amazing explaining how the new rig worked with all the new tech. And I received a gr8 tradein and extended warranty and service plan. I would recommend this place for any one looking to purchase a new or quality used vehicle.
