My experience was wonderful, from the responsive people to the advice. After a week of panic and no response to my emails eventually I found ACL, emailed them & I got immediate response on a Sunday. They advised me to e-mail the Perth office & I called from South Africa and left a message. I had applied in January for a tourist visa for my daughters wedding on 7 April in Sydney, it was the week before the wedding and I was desperate.Lloyd called me back, listened to me and gave me advice.
