Very good range of per food and accessories staff very friendly store very clean and well laid out with plenty of isle space.

It was ok but the biggest problem is they don't have dogs there for rehoming they don't have a licence to hold dogs but they have cats there want they are very cute but some of the cats there will have a swipe at you if they don't wanted to get patted which I thought that is no good just say you had a child with you and the cat would of taken a swipe at them and I thought that the animals there are all tested for families I don't think so even when someone picked up the little kitten it wasn't to happy it wanted to bit the lady who was handling her it was a Tortoshell kitten and the lady who was looking after the cat and kitten had put her back in the cage otherwise the kitten would of done some damage to that ladies hand and then I walked over the cage and it wasn't to friendly nor was the Black cat it bit the lady in charge i said to the guy standing next to me and even he said that's no good for business

they have very friendly and supportive staff. Yesterday I took my newly adopted GSD for a wash. My dog panics after shower and just dont want to go back to the car. Both staff were super helpful. They give suggestions which works very well and free treats for my dog.highly recommended for everyone!

Great venue, with goodies for all your pet needs, great range and prices and nice little Op shop next door for human needs.

The ladies in the cat section were gold! They knew everything about all the kittens and were really amazing to talk to. We adopted a baby girl named Memphis and she is immediately cosy at home.I cannot recommend visiting this place enough.

They recently moved the shop here and it’s better! There are almost everything your pets need and you can adopt adorable animals here. Rspca volunteers can get 10% discounts.
