Three years later and still broken.Took my car in 3 years ago to get internal facilities of it fixed. The team at Lismore looked at some of these issues and the ones they did look at were only observed superficially. When I brought my car in for the 2nd time they found they couldn't fix the issue as, with closer inspection, another part was also broken. So I went home with the issue still not resolved (nor were the other broken parts that I mentioned earlier). Took my car in for a third time to get it fixed (FINALLY) now they knew what was really broken. Went to pick up the car in the afternoon and my car still wasn't fixed!! I was told by receptionist the parts were not ordered in because I did not call them to ask for the parts to be ordered in. I found this very frustrating as I was not required to tell them to order the original broken part, so I assumed I didn't have to do it for this second broken part.ALSO one of my original problems with the car was I suspected an oil leak as I was re-filling my oil 2 times a year. The first time I brought my car in they did not perform a thorough inspection and the mechanics only refilled my oil and instructed me to test out how long the oil would last to see if there was a leak". On the 3rd time I took my car in they did

Took car for service 150kWent to get car when they said it would be ready,wasn’t ready.no problem additional work was needed but they didn’t call to discuss. Bad service then the next day they tell me radiator coolant has leaked onto the timing belt due to poorly manufactured water pump. 1600 later.The main problem with this service was the recalled airbag they did after finally picking up the car had warning light on for steering wheel. Car was picked up with more dash warning lights on than when I took it in after 1600 spent.Called service centre, no call back bad service again. Emailed no replyVery poor if I could leave no stars I would. Finally after a lot of talking with my partner who car it is decided to leave this review.

I was really pleased with the whole experience I had with Northern Rivers Volkswagen - both before and after purchase. Alison and Gavin were both friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist with any questions I had, and importantly I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Alison also took the time to follow up with me after purchase. I love my new car & would highly recommend them!

Lauren and Gavin were very helpful throughout the buying process, keeping things simple and informative without any pressure. An awesome tag team.
