A Financial Services Adviser helped me with my requirements

Solicited Lachlan to provide Power of Attorney. It took weeks to get back. Paid $150 for document.When I finally went to use the POA document in an urgent legal matter months on we found that the document was not lodged with the Lands Tittles Office and there for was not LEGAL. Went back to Lachlan and asked why the document was not lodged with LTO, he said it cost fees to do this and the fee was for 'preparation' of the document only. I would have been happy in the first place to pay a full fee for a legal document in the first instance.I sent the document back and his office and they then lodged it with LTO on my request. I was invoiced a further $396.00 by Lachlan's office when the Lands Titles Office lodgment fee is $180 for a Power of Attorney Document. In effect I was charged $200 to send the document to Adelaide and back and lodge it. I would not recommend or use this office again. Completely disappointing service
