Thomas knows sales, makes excellent virtual tours, is respectful and was never pushy or arrogant.Thomas and the team at Ray White feel like old friends. Thomas met with Mum (house owner) and I a number of times and we were instantly relaxed and trusting of him. He took his time explaining the processes involved but also the more subtle intricacies of selling a home. Thomas was not pushy or arrogant which can sometimes be a habit of agents. Thomas has excellent skills before the camera and produced an amazing and very popular virtual tour of Mum's home.

Emma was out property manager for 12 months while renting through Ray White and was fantastic! Any issues were resolved quickly and she was always available and happy to assist with any concerns She even offered to help find a new property after the owner decided to sell. Cannot speak more highly of a property manager in the last few years.

We have leased our property through RW Upper North Shore. We are very pleased with their excellent services. Emma Davis and Luke Curran have always been responsive and ready to assist in a professional manner. They effectively liaised with the tenants and us in an efficient and timely manner when repairs and maintenance were needed. They can be replied on to arrange right tradespeople to get repairs done satisfactorily. Strongly recommend!
