Byron Bay Hotel and Apartments - Boutique Accommodation

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience ever. The only reason I have decided to book Byron Bay Hotel and Apartments was because they allow dogs. After commuting for a long time as I live in a different city, I was highly disappointed when it turned out that I got a different room than the one I booked. My room was supposed to come with a mini bar, electric kettle etc Meanwhile, it was just a small room with one bed and nothing else. It was a surprise as they still charge me for a large room with a mini bar etc plus took a bond of $100, which shouldn't be taken as I didn't have mini bar. The receptionist said oops human mistake" and still took the money. Then

Everything about this place is great...beautiful rooms in a hotel that is in the heart of Byron just a walk away from Everything and it has free parking...just a win win place!

Lovely lil apartments right in the heart of Byron. Aldi next door. Walking distance to anywhere really. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Clean , tidy & accommodating.I quite enjoyed my time here. (Two week stay)Room was well equipped , location was perfect & the staff were lovely. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to deal with & every interaction I had with her was very comforting. 10/10Two things I didn't like. My breaker box was oddly loud? Unsure as to why.My room was oddly warm when I entered it everyday after work which I wasn't fond of however this was quickly rectified by the air-conditioner..Ash - 2A

This is nowhere near 4 star accommodation. It barely scrapes in to 3! It feels like an old primary school fitted with beds and cheap curtains. The lift broke and the second floor smelt of dead. Don’t believe the website photos as they are not realistic. Try somewhere else in my opinion…outside Byron Bay shopping district has to be better than this.

We stayed over Christmas at last minute after our prebooked accommodation was double booked on us and could not be fixed.We booked three rooms for 8 adults and three babies, plus pets.The owners and staff were amazing throughout, friendly, professional and always helpful.The rooms were neat, clean and in an incredible location in Byron, short walk to everything, including beach.Free underground parking.Nothing was too much trouble, and we are forever grateful for saving our Christmas.

Mattress sagging and jumbo size pillows which I found uncomfortable. Hubby was fine. 1 chair with desk table. No microwave, dinner plates, bowls knives or forks. Small fridge. Nice clean bathroom. Air con worked perfectly. Bed and room itself was clean. Excellent location. On a hot day pool would have been lovely, they have towels for hire. We stayed for a couple of days, 2 nights. Room was cleaned daily. Found Bang Bang restaurant next door nice. Lovely service.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly. Room was nice, had everything you could want.They let us have a late checkout which was fantastic.Neighbours were fighting all the first night but this isn't the hotels fault, could have happened anywhere.

Nice location, great bed. Service was politeI wasn't really happy with the room. Shower flooded floor and did not go to drain waste, causing a puddle around the toilet and bath. Bathroom door kept getting stuck on the floor making a loud noise. Ashtray on the balcony full of cigarette butts and no milk to make tea or coffee.Pretty disappointing for $300/night

This establishment is plush and has a really stylish finish to it.Right in the centre of town with a good selection of watering holes to choose from.A friendly staff makes it welcoming especially after a long drive.
