I got a new set of wheels and tyres from them. The whole team were great. They assisted us from choosing which is the best set to get and worked with our budget to doing a last minute job on a Saturday! The manager was 110% throughout too. He even showed us the options for wheels in person. Overall, the customer service won us over! Anything we need to upgrade we’ll definitely be coming to them!

To Tyrepower team. Go way beyond your duty care in helping your clients, such as myself.My issue was an Alignment Test for a modified vehicle needed be done at standard level for engineer pass it within deadline.I say, wasn't easy task to accomplish for majors problems and set back during test.These guys took on board of situation got in help us, try everything to there experience to pass vehicle.Out all my years as modified vehicle restorer. I would highly recommend Tyrepower Gateshead. Great customer service, very helpful and friendly, work efficient take bow Josh, James and Gavin you guys earn it.Thanks you taking such good care of Besty Hilux.

Fantastic service. I needed new wheels and tyres for my Hilux, James listened to what I was after, gave me practical options and provided the perfect solution. Very fairly priced. Very positively surprised! Seems to be a very customer oriented business. Gav is the manager and appears very attentive. They had my puncture fixed in no time. He advised me that my front tires are fairly worn and that it might be because of poor alignment from factory as it is a new car. They don't give one the feeling that they just want to sell stuff.

Great service!! With my car rego inspection due yesterday and being run around from a different place who left me in the lurch and then cancelled again this morning, it was crucial I got it done today. After speaking to Josh on the phone and explaining the situation I was left in, he said bring it on in and we'll sqeeze it in and get it done asap for you. Despite being totally booked out and plenty of people still doing walk ins, the guys got it done and I was on my way in less than half an hour. Awesome service, couldn't thank them enough for helping me out when they could've just said sorry but we're all booked out.
