Had a faulty bed , which was allegedly repaired. The after repair still had the same issue , so had to go through a long process to have a refund or store credit approved. Finally got done , but not without its own difficulties and going through over three months of back and forth. This was after they offered a swap over , which was a lower optioned mattress.If you can avoid sleepmaker I would , they need to improve the customer experience and look after their customers much better.Much better options out there for you to choose from that are also Australian made.

WARNING: Do Not Buy Sleepmaker!!!We have an 8month old mattress which collapsed in the center overnight. We have literally been having to climb up the side of the mattress to get out of the bed. Trying to claim on their warranty system is pointless, the entire thing is geared to screw you. When we contacted Sleepmaker about the fault, they asked us to send them photos so they could assess the mattress. We explained that you can't see the fault in a photo, that with no one on the bed, it springs back up. They insisted on the photos, then, as expected assessed the issue as being standard body contouring and nothing faulty. I told them body contouring doesn't happen overnight and it doesn't happen in the center of the bed when we're lying off center on either side. They told us we can pay them $250 to come and take the mattress away to be inspected by specialist equipment" but that if they deemed it as not having a fault they would return the mattress to us and we would then be short $250. Considering the nonchalant and self protecting attitude they've shown us so far

Wish I could select no stars - funny reading all these other reviews as I could’ve written it myself! Obviously a fault in this model - so many customers all experiencing the same issues!! And yes we too have been given the run around! After submitting photos, measurements etc to now have to send mattress off & sleep on the floor while we wait - seriously? Why offer a warranty if you make it that impossible to claim on? And this is not a cheap bed!! Over $5,000 spent on nothing more than a bad back!!! I’m thinking class action there’s that many of us

First and last time I will buy a sleep maker mattress. Only a couple years old and I now wake up every morning with back pain and feeling as if i'm sleeping on a hill and going to roll out of the bed. Sleepmaker will not honor their 10 year warranty unless I provide photos of structural damage. It was definitely not worth the $4,999.00 Price tag.

1 star because making a warranty claim is just downright punishing considering you spend $5000 or more on one of their beds. Their claim system is designed to screw you it's so long , drawn out and detailed ( I would rather bash my head against a phone book for a few days then make a claim) . The bed was ok but needs to be fixed which is fair enough. In future stuff expensive beds with huge warranties, I'm going to buy middle of the range with no warranty and throw it out and buy a new one instead of punishing myself with a warranty claim ;(

A terrible experience with sleepmaker will never buy another. We have just tried to claim, mattress is only 2 mths old, and what they expect you to do is terrible. As a senior I found it very difficult to take all the photos upload and send to them for them to tell us they would have to take the mattress back to the factory. This only happens 20% of the time. Why do you not have a representative to check out the problem.There is something wrong with the springs on the side of our bed.I can only presume Sleepmaker make it so difficult you forget about.We brought our bed from Harvey Norman Sales person told us in all the time only one bed had been replaced. We know why now it’s the to hard basket.Well Sleepmaker if this is how you treat customers when they spend good money, what hope is there for customer satisfaction none.

STAY AWAY from this company! Less than five years old and both sides are dipping over 5 cm. My partner and I having backaches last 3 month and customer service is not helpful at all! Really dissapointing!

Please note the warranty offered is very difficult to act on. Our mattress has collapsed on the sides and Sleepmaker want us to pay to ship the mattress so they can figure out if its defective

WORSTWe bought a mattress and was faulty they insisted to repair it even though we asked for exchange they promised we wouldn't have a issue with it. The same issue has occurred caused me back pain while 6 months pregnant so I have to sleep on the floor they took away mattress for assessment and said there's nothing wrong with!!!!We have 10 years warranty but it's all a lie!!They are the biggest cheating company and we are going to fair trading and if needed to court!!They have caused so much stress and anxiety while I should be enjoying my pregnancyI have back issues but I will make sure they pay for all the grief they have caused me while pregnant!Their staff are rude on the phone and their drivers they sent were drunk !!!!!!If you need a mattress go anywhere BUT SLEEP MAKER

This company is a real scam, they don't have any valid warranty on the products. The money you pay is only for fake promises . As you can see, many people have been victims of this company and they have not taken any legal action , But I will sue them for the damages they have caused me and they will be responsible for compensationr.
