I have recently changed to Dr Ahmad this clinic handled a situation I had with the utmost professionalism and courtesy by all doctors and staff, and the follow up just as good. I could not ask for more from a practice. Thank you

Need to take a whole day off just for an appointment - waited just over 3 hours after my appointment time for a standard consult and this time my partner had to wait 2.5 hours. Cannot comprehend why appointments are scheduled so poorly

Have been seeing Dr Shabbir for quite some time now and now my family are also - he is such a friendly Doctor who genuinely takes the time with you to understand your problems and is the most through Doctor I have come across - he has basically diagnosed life saving treatment / referrals for me twice in the past 4 years to which my family and I are so so grateful - as well as being the only Doctor from 4 my daughter went to see a few years ago for an issue which he immediately referred to a specialist that changed her health situation - I am certainly a huge advocate for Dr Shabbir as you would have probably gathered.

I’m new to the area and think this is a great practice with excellent doctors. Reception staff member was friendly and informative. I got an appointment on the day which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Honestly the worst practice in kilsyth BY FAR the doctors are just by far unprofessional and extremely extremely late booked in for the first appointment of the day but ended up waiting a hour an a half for a 2 minute conversation and for your information if you call and the reception people put you on hold it's cause they are having a conversation to eachother or to other patients it's actually shocking how this place treats people and their needs wont be coming back in a hurry waste of time for sure

Drs are fantastic, admin staff are pigs , rude !!! $$$ over care . Happy to pay for a service anyday. However trying to charge someone $20 miserable dollars over an appointment telehealth that they booked in error . !!! Then refusing a sick child to be sent an escript. Well cya from 5 household members here disgusting service.!! Then hang up on me because I'm clearly upset that my grandaughter was seen today prescribed antis that aren't available and I call back to ask for a different type and nope , im.the practise manager and you need to pay $20 first !!! Why would i pay for a telehealth that wasn't even mine. Never again

Thank you so much to Dr Ahmad for seeing my little 3 year old. For weeks and weeks we have been turned away by other GPS because of lingering cold and flu symptoms. My little one needed to be seen, and thanks to this welcoming medical centre, he is now feeling so much better after just one day of being on antis. Thank you for making a difference, it's a refreshing change!

Thank you so much to Dr.Zahoor Ahmed for seeing my kids.My kids had frequent cold and cough. I had been to multiple GP's but I didn't get proper diagnosis and treatment. Because of Dr Ahmed's treatment only they are feeling better since couple of months . Doctor is absolutely fantastic He is very clear and confident .I would highly recommend . I had to say thanks to Nurse as well .She is really great with kids . She is very cooperative.

Thank you Dr Bashir for assessing my daughter and saying she was teething even though she was one week off from being 4 months old. Since seeing him I started given bonjela and panadol she went from doing 2.5 hour blocks to 7 hour sleep blocks!!!! I took her to other doctors and dismissed the signs because of her age!!I feel like he really knows what he is doing.
