Good massage but really bad customer service.Went for a massage which she said she could do half one location on back and half another location on my foot but end up doing the whole thing on one back, so I had to pay extra to do 30 min my foot. So that was the first mistake. The $40 end up being $80.Later, Once I went to pay, she wanted to charge me extra for a service she did not provide. She wanted to charge me for arms and neck and legs but it was all she did was the back and I had my pants on the whole way. And it was agreed she would do only my back for that price before starting but when it was time to charge she wanted to just scan me. That is the second mistake. So the $80 almost ended up being $90. To make it worse she was pressing for that $10 even though the original amount of service was $40 had she followed my instructions properly from the very start. I offered to pay the $80 which is the amount for the exact services which she provided as per the price list and she kept wanting $90.. the old Chinese guy working at that place was more understanding and talked her out of trying to scam me.Really bad experience, she was there to to extract as much money as possible by not following instructions and then trying to deliberately overcharge me. I won’t be back ever again. I never had such an experience anywhere ever at any massage place before in my entire life, everything was agreed before hand and services rendered EXACTLY and payment made according to the price agreed per price list EXACTLY. No wonder the place is quiet as. After the ordeal which involved her, the other employee (the old guy) and the manager by phone, she just smirked at me. Seriously only the old guy and manager was understanding.
