DHL Express Service Point (DHL Express Gold Coast Service Centre)

I have just had a delivery. I have had the same delivery company before and am extremely pleased with the service and notification of their deliveries. When I put a review on my phone I pressed what I saw was the 5th star and I was astonished to find that it was a one star. I definitely Think the company deserved a 5 star rating.

A very smooth process with friendly and helpful staff. This is a bit random but it smells so nice in there !! Like a hair salon. Just type Anisar Court into directions and go over the 3 small speed bumps and you’ll see the DHL sign. When you type in DHL, maps takes you to the wrong side of the industrial estate.

Don’t use DHL. Parcel bounced around Brisbane for a week before it was ready to collect. Was sent to a DHL collection point that does not accept parcels

My expensive parcel with a 75km delivery - it's now 1000km away, 4 months late and counting.Had to email 6 times over 3 weeks to get an actual response.Parcel tracking was down for weeks and the online redirection portal I was eventually referred to by Support didn't work.(0/5 Stars)

No option have to use these people to send things to my country but better than pack n send and a lot cheaper.

Big thanks to employees. They made an extra effort to help me to ship everything.

Fantastic staff at the newsagents when collecting item sent through DHL

Hopeless delivery service performance - product delivery failed when my spouse & I were both at home........ just a card in the mail box to say failed delivery. False economy or just plain incompetence? Surely in this day & age a simple phone call to the recipient to clarify is cheaper than arranging redelivery? When will this company use modern technology to make their service more effective & more efficient? Some good reasons for avoiding delays with this product & this customer :-(Would happily pay extra for this level of service.

Useless staff who pretty much don't care in anyway shape or form if they do there job or not 6 parcels 6 errors and each time it's the same response I will have to ask a supervisor then get back to you saying there is nothing we can do bit you can drive 3 hours and grab it from the airportLatest parcel cleared customs at 9:33 plenty of time for the lunch shuttle down and nope the left it there in Brisbane on Christmas eve and now my fiancee has to wait till Friday or Monday for there gift and the crunch on the phone got angry at me when I said postal ombudsmen never use this company for delivery unless you flat out hate who YOU are sending it to!! DHL won't refund you the money for express either they expect the people who sent the parcel to do it for them so that no one can actually get what they paid for
