They take months to arrange your landscaping installation. Then don't bother turning up when they say they are going to do the installation. When you call to ask why they they haven't turned up, they give plenty of excuses, like employees being away and landscaping being a complex process to coordinate. Poor service, worse customer service. Hope the actual landscaping is of better quality.

I dont even know where to start.... they never get back to you, i have waited 5 weeks for front landscaping to start and the midland store also had the plans for my backyard for lawn and retic, 4 weeks and nothing from them even after relentless chasing. They put my fencing up a month too early so i couldnt get a bobcat in to do a site clean on my property and i had to do THE WHOLE THING BY HAND which took a week. I had even had the discussion about the fencing date and told them i was happy with it yet 2 days later fences were up. Extreamly disappointed and furious with the lack of service and courtesy. This is the short version of my dramas. Absolutly useless really. And im not the only person in my estate that has had problems with them

Diagnosed and fixed the mother-in-laws retic controller over the phone. Wouldn't accept payment. Delighted.
