Smiling Buddha Yoga Centre
As a serious martial artist, I've never come across more experienced and intelligent instructors. Of the half dozen places I have trained, the Academy of Traditional Fighting Arts is by far the best. The tai chi classes are so invigorating and educational, the karate is traditional and includes strengthening the body, the fighting fitness classes are challenging but fun and the yoga is professional and invigorating. Definitely worth a visit.
