This is a friendly feedback for whoever runs this business.The receptionist is friendly, however was helpful just passing the calls to Shane, so I was in the position to chase an enquiry that could bring some $s to the business.Without seen Shane in person you could sense either his stress or hating what he was doing. Man this is not good for the mind, the body or the soul, look after yourself. You replied to me and told me to go somewhere else after asking me to send you my request a week before, that was gold.Regardless if a job is large or small $$, curtesy comes first and if this business keeps running this way.......

Great company to deal with. We required a new shower screen for an investment property and they quoted and installed within 2 weeks. We were very happy with the quality and value. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed by our experience with HSS. Calls took weeks to be returned, and required my follow up on numerous occasions. The installer did not turn up at the scheduled time, and when they did eventually arrive, they discovered that they had either measured or manufactured incorrectly, and the screen did not fit. Upon returning to install with rectified design, our newly installed bath was chipped, but their installer denied responsibility and HSS took the word of their (no-show, impolite, inconsiderate, unprofessional) representative over that of their paying customer (who provided photographic evidence of the damage). DISMAL.

We've been very impressed with Hawthorn Shower Screens. They have been very professional from start to finish. The installation of the new custom shower screen was done with so much ease and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend them.
