Kim and the team were fabulous to deal with right from start to end. Could not fault any part of the process. Every single team member was friendly and professional. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I did not get any competitor quotes as there was no need to, you know when you are in good hands. They will be our permanent go to for all our plumbing needs! :)

We were extremely impressed with the quality of the plumber's work and the care he takes to ensure that the finished job looks as good as possible. This includes his efforts to ensure that he only disturbs the minimum amount of ground/turf as needed. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!Apart from excellent pricing (which, let’s face it, is why you’d go with a company), they came over to quote the job, looked at our flat, and then provided 2 options A FEW MINUTES LATER!! That is some seriously prompt and excellent service.I had a few conversations with Kim on the phone organising the job, and she could not have been more friendly and helpful, keeping me informed of the job status every step of the way, as pieces were ordered and the job booked in.On the day of the job, the lads turned up on time, got the job done quickly, and they even re-siliconed taps that had none left (aah the joys of buying a long term rental that has been neglected for 15 years!). Absolutely did the perfect job for my blockage toilet. He was very polite and explain to me about the cost before they proceed the job. The cost also reasonable. After couple of days I received a call from them to make sure everything is ok. I highly recomended Good Neighbour plumbing because they did a good job with reasonable price.

Prompt and professional, communicated well, priced fairly, kept us well informed on the journey and most importantly, the work was of an exceptional standard. Challenging rebuild of multiple sections of the sewage line without damaging the retaining wall in between. Excavation was done within the first hour, no stuffing around.
