Very dissapointed in the owner. Whilst he may know what he is talking about he assumed I could fix the problem. Didn't want to give me a quote and suggested I put a tarp over my little van till I could get someone to help me. Little did he realise, ask or consider my little van" was my home. He was to busy to even do the job."

We contacted Steve on the off chance he may be able to help us when we passed through Goulburn the next day. He was terrific - very friendly and helpful, sourcing the parts we needed and doing the job the first thing the next morning. His communication (phoning us to confirm he had found the required parts and providing us with clear and helpful directions) was excellent. The price was very reasonable and his customer service outstanding.

What can we say about this fellow, an absolute legend. We had a very broken van yesterday delivered off the tilt tray at 12.30 expecting to have at least a 2 day delay into our trip but no Steve worked for 8 solid hours intil 9.30pm and had us on the road again with only 1 day lost. He said he would and he did. Steve I know we said thank you but I dont think you realise what you did does not happen very often especially where we come from. Thanks again.

I would highly recommend Stephen at Harco Motor Caravan Centre, Goulburn. We had accidently damaged our caravan rooftop air conditioner just before lunch time but was able to leave Goulburn that evening with the air conditioner removed and high quality temporary repairs completed - all in under five hours thanks to Stephen! He also provided photographs and documentation to assist with our insurance claim. Stephen is a thorough professional with high order skills and knowledge with a keen sense of community spirit to help those in need. This is a rare find these days and we are grateful to have found him and appreciated his assistance.
