I have found Hollie to be extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and anything to do with health. I consult Hollie for my cholesterol issue and she was extremely helpful. I trust her advice. All her advice and recommendations she gave me for change in my dirt plan have helped to achieve my goal. All her recommendations were easy and simple to implement but had great impact. I would definitely recommend Hollie.

Holly was very patient and informative. Gave us some great tips on how to reduce carbs to help manage my husband's diabetes. Not only did it work, but the benefits resulted in a few kg's lost for my husband and me too! Thank you Holly!

Hollie James helped to understand the weight gain chart for my lil one. Hollie gave us the whole picture and asked how we are approach and sugggested changes the diet, which did miracles. All my queries are answered post my visit, she is reachable by mail and the responses are quick enough( which is the best part for me). She is the best!!!
