I purchased the sensory hammock for my son. He absolutely loves it. Great quality product and the purchasing process was fast with excellent customer service.

Initially advised I had to pay additional delivery charge ($100) even though I had already paid an initial $150 extra large weight delivery charge. Only resolved after weeks and I had lodged a complaint with fair trading.Part of the order arrived then arrived weeks later.But the 2nd part didn’t arrive. After 4 months of multiple follow ups up and being told it was stuck in customs they confirmed something went wrong with the delivery from 3mths earlier and it wasn’t arriving.Would never order from this company again, nor recommend anyone else

Google search says Outdoor Furniture shop in Caringbah. And because I live nearby, I went to look at hanging chairs. Turns out the address is a private apartment complex. So looks like online store only. Wasted my time.

Great quality hammocks. Very comfortable. We had some issues with shipping and with described sizing but these were both sorted out to my satisfaction. Siesta Hammocks obviously stands by their products and service and wants to keep their customers happy. Thank you.On the issue of sizing, if you really need a hammock big enough for a couple of adults, the Jumbo is probably the way to go.

Ordered a hammock seat cushion. I didn't realise it was going to be courried to our home address (I had used our PO Box for the delivery). Ater a few emails with Aaron I received a notification from Aust Post that it would arrive at the PO in a few days. What we got was exactly what we wanted! Thanks again Siesta H

I ordered a hammock stand in August for delivery by 7 September. It is now the end of October and I still have not received my parcel. I have emailed Aaron numerous times and each time he has blamed COVID for the delay. At one point he said it had been delivered and it was my problem but after I informed him the tracking information he sent me was for someone else's order he backtracked and said it was still on its way and he would speak to someone at AuPost. I have been to Australia Post and have been advised that the tracking number he gave me was invalid. I have asked for a refund or for the parcel to be delivered but have received nothing. Very disappointing

There was a small manufacturing error with my product. I contacted Siesta and they immediately got to work rectifying the issue, ensuring it was all fixed within 48 hours. Wonderful service, great communication, and awesome products, my kids love their swings!

Ordered online only to be told AFTER I have paid that I need to for out another $177 for postage despite the website clearing promoting “Free postage on orders over $70”. Was also speaking to Aaron who apparently is the customer service manager via the online chat and he tried hitting me up for postage then but once I asked about the free postage on the website, he said “Never mind, that was supposed to be to another customer”. I then later receive and email from Aaron saying that I needed to pay the $177. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing! You should not be promoting free postage on your website and then hit your customers up for money after they’ve submitted their orders and paid for the item. Disgusting customer service!
