Purchased furniture and found that they were poor quality.Double bed continuously had slats fall out, due to shoddy workmanship.Lounge we bought lasted two years and the seats collapsed (cushioned areas) , also the cushioning in backrest became hollowed.

While the store didn’t have what we needed, the young fellow who served us had excellent customer service skills. Friendly, knowledgeable about the products and what they had in stock. Recommended other places for us to try (after we declined the offer to have an item shipped from another store) and gave us car directions.

I ordered 4 table settings and they proved so difficult to assemble with the chip board disintegrating when trying to put it together that i took all of the pieces and boxes back. People at the store didnt care and said their would be no refund. I spent clise to 1500 dollars

Great service as expected but the products are your typical poorly produced rubbish. The plans for my bedroom suite have been wrong on multiple occasions. Amart has a hard time labelling the right parts on the plans to what needs to be put together. Something as simple as following plans leaves you triple checking every direction to make sure it’s actually correct. Horrible quality

Desk people dont seem very welcoming.But highlight was from the lady who i spoke with who was very cheerful and was able to put a hold on my payment till i got home for a pre purchase item on clearance.Very good customer service goes to her.The other thing is back dock took forever were able to get 4 people that were after me the staff were able to grab their stuff before grabbing mine no real communication on what was going on.Other than that overall experience has been ok.

What a drama. Easy to cancel order, not easy to get your money back. They play the blame game, always the bank holding funds..., not oops it is from their end, $4,025 floating somewhere... quick to take money! Sales was good just refund ridiculous, they tell me they don't have cash to pay me!! People don't cancel an order.

Spent quite a large amount of money there, delivery time was a 12 hour window period when I asked for it to be more defined I was met with rude attitudes, telling me that it would come whenever and I get a phone call 20 minutes before.After already being a couple of weeks late.And still attempting to blame Covid restrictions.To last time I use Amarr I spent over $18,000That’s the customer service I’ve got in return
