Australia Post - South Hedland Post Shop
Customer Service is moderate! There are two nice workers there and the rest are just plain rude & snotty. Not to mention my mail has been delivered to the wrong address not ONCE but FIVE times now (thank goodness honest people have taken the time out of their lives to drop of my mail). Hopefully, they ‘up’ their customer service :)

The Post Office in South has some very good & knowledgeable staff, they house the Dept of transport and are as helpful as anyone around. I always find them friendly and willing to get the best solution.

To all the people that complain about South Hedland post office service. Get a life. I have been a customer for over 20 yrs and have never had bad service or rudeness. The staff do their utmost to help in every way possible. You whingers are just never happy. Grow up, put yourself in their place and see how you go with the rude and very unpleasant customers. Try be kind.
