Good selection of pet foods and other items. Flavour Variety in some items not as good as others but still plenty to choose from. Great rewards system, always get your discounts. Friendly staff and good service.

Arrived thinking the place was closing or abandoned - the front of the store does not look at all welcoming and definitely needs a coat of paint and refresh. Customer service was much to be desired. Attendant was cold and was very keen to hurry me through the transaction so she could continue her conversation with the other shop attendant. Will not be going back to Petstock Caboolture.

Went in for some help with anxiety supplements for my dogs and cats. Tim was very knowledgeable however the girl on the front counter was less than interested in being there.

Caboolture in-store hydrobath is a absolute joke. Every time I go there I have to get someone to fill up the products. Today I went to wash, shampoo was empty, they come to assist and they emptied the remainder into a little cup and gave that to me and said you don't need much. So i started to hand wash my dog. Rinse and then the conditioner was empty. How hard is it to check the products. Won't be going back to that store.

It is a bit difficult to find a range of products aimed at cats in store, which is why I really like this particular PETstock. When I buy my vet recommended cat food here, it is always a struggle to not buy something for my two little buddies! Of course there is a wide range of products aimed at a variety of animals here, but I recommend especially if you have cats - this is an excellent store to shop at.
