The IT man staff was very rude and the quality of products they sell are really poor. I bought a screen protector for my pixel 6 pro for $45 and they assured me that it was the best but as soon as I put it in my pocket it cracked. I asked them for a replacement, not even a refund, but they were very rude and insulting, I couldn't have a reasonable conversation with them. Do yourself a favour and do not buy anything from them or else you will have an awful experience and a really bad time not to mention a waste of money.PS: From their response below and as expected he continues being unreasonable and calling me a liar. This is an example of the kind of service you will receive from them.

Do not trust this place at all. They will take your money and ruin your products. They refuse to provide refunds for breaking your items. ACCC and office of fair trading are aware of their conduct and will hopefully shut them down.

I have an Iphone XS, I went in about 2 weeks ago and got it fixed, it had been playing up constantly glitching back and forth, and when i took it back yesterday to get it fixed, he tried to tell me that it was my fault and that it had be dropped and the LCD Plate was broken. But he kept on saying that rhe LCD and the screen get repaired together, so i kept saying that it is your fault not me and he kept yelling in my face, and not only that.he tried to make me pay another $130 on top of the $190 that i had already paid to get it fixed. do not go here for phone repairs.

Phone screen was smashed, Brough to the shop and geo fixed quickly also get professional advise on choose phone case and screen protector. Also prices are fair.

Visited the store at Riverlink Ipswich today, staff was quite rude and belittling. Explained our issue with a broken phone and asked the best way to transfer data to a new phone as the old ones screen is broken. Constantly said what we had done wrong, and took a long time before she actually gave us a solution.Told the repair would take 45-50 minutes, then would get a call to come back.Over an hour had passed so we returned and she was sitting there on her phone, not doing anything. Our phone was out the back and fixed and who knows how long it had been done for.Would not recommend. Are quite rude.

I found on my first visit to IT man phone shop that the guy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed my broken iPhone 11 Pro max and put a tempered glass on to protect it perfectly. And again I experienced the same high standard. I would highly recommend this place.

DO NOT repair your phone here.. 2 days after screen repair the phone went black they claimed the phone was dropped within those 2 days and damaged an internal part! (Photos demonstrate no damage) They lie to cover their own faulty work. The owner proceeds to yell at you to justify the lies! Center management needs to take action to protect other consumers. One star is far to generous

I have a iPhone 7 , and other phone repair shop tell me , they can’t fix it , because some issues. But I come to here and they fix for me . I am happy now .

I have a iPad , it’s totally broken , I even don’t want it. But this guys fix for me , thank you very much.
