We have been using Kerries service at Trusty Buddy's for several months now and could not be Happier!Our old black labby loves his wash with Kerrie, and bolts for her as soon as she pulls up with her trailer.Kerrie chats away to him while he's being washed, and he comes out clean, shiny and happy- especially with the little bag of treats he is given!Kerrie is always happy to discuss our dog, and give any advice we ask her.Kerrie is always busy: an indicator of an excellent service given by a caring and committed business owner.

I have been using Kerrie to groom my 2 Cocker spaniels for approx 5 yrs. I think she is great! my dogs love her and always happy to see her, she has never let me down in fact goes out of her way to accommodate.She does a perfect job on them and they always look great after being groomed and they are so happy to show me their new haircuts.The fact that I have used her for so long is testament in itself, but would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly professional groomer.

Service was okay, but needs to improve.We had booked for our three dogs to be groomed for months and then she texted us about a week or two before she was supposed to groom them and said sorry can't do one of our dogs, he just needs a wash anyway! If she had overbooked or had a personal event then just tell us.We asked her to wash and groom one of our dogs another time and she washed and cut her and then when we complained she argued that her fur had too many not for her to groom.We have a Maltese shih tzu and she doesn't cut her properly or how she should be cut.We were a long time costomer and now we will never book her again.
