very doggy, bought items from their ebay store said items were posted but never arrived. Tried to contact them via email, message never got any reply and the phone can never get through, avoid at all cost.

Really bad service, I do not normally go out of my way to complain but there's a first for everything.In the first week of November I had ordered bumper plate sets that were marked as available online. I had purchased these for the fact that this was the only warehouse with available stock in Sydney. I had not received a call to say that there were actually unavailable and had to chase them up two days later to ask if the products were ready to be picked up.When I called the warehouse, the person who answered said there will be a two week wait and to call back then.Two weeks later I called and the man who answered said shipment has arrived, they just need to unpack the stock.I call back that afternoon to hear that the shipment didn't have the bumper plates on board because the man didn't bother to physically check the stock receipt.I was then told the shipment will now be another week. I call back that week later and am told to wait another two weeks. I ask to speak to the Manager and am told I will have to call back in half an hour.They are unprofessional, unorganised and don't know how to communicate with customers. I shouldn't have had to chase them up at all

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this company. My experience with them was very pleasant. I called them to make a stock enquiry. Although, their phone's voice quality was terrible, they asked me to order online before I visit the warehouse. After ordering online, I was able to pick up within 30mins. No problems at all.

I fully expected there to be delays due to the lockdown but placed my order Thursday and received Monday. There were no issues with the order at all and couldn't be happier with the service. Would definitely order with them again.

Made an online order website crashed and didn’t get an order number. Called up and they made it easy for me to pickup my item.No issues, rocked up, they fixed the invoice for me and got my items immediately.

Very very pleased. I ordered early Thursday morning, checked in on the order on Friday via email and everything arrived via a courieron the Friday afternoon. Everything came as advertised, excellent value for money especially considering what some places are charging. I would highly recommend. If people are reticent because of their earlier poor reviews I was hesitant but they deserve to be given a chance

Very happy with the service & product! Ordered the full set of hex dumbbell weights during lockdown. Weights were shipped out (Canberra location) within days, after replacing out-of-stock pairs with nearest-weight pairs (following a phone call to confirm). Out-of-stock rack was shipped within days of restock, free of charge. Very prompt service, always helpful on the phone! Will be back.

I made an order with this company through eBay (yangtrading) but they did not make any attempts to respond to my query to confirm if my product was shipped or not. The only correspondence I received was a generic message that there was delays and I should wait a bit longer. After paying express shipping and waiting for almost 2 weeks, I decided to raise a dispute for a refund. It was only then did they responded quickly and processed my money in a couple of hours. I understand that due to the current situation, they may be facing bigger problems than fufiling their customers orders, but it is disappointing that no communication whatsoever was made. Now I have missed out on purchasing other merchant's gym equipment because I place my trust on a seller who takes people's money and not ship out their orders until you raise a dispute.

This place is a scam. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and have not received the item, or any package tracking info. They're not answering their phones or emails. On their Facebook page are posts from dozens of other customers who have also been scammed - and all of them are trying to get their money back. Stay away. If you're affected feel free to contact me - I have a case open in front of Dept of Fair Trading. We will take these guys down.

Definitely not worth shopping here. They didn't send what I purchased and lied about issuing a refund for two months. I had to escalate a case through PayPal to get my money back.
