We called and were initially pleased with how quickly a site visit was organised. After sending through final designs to Danny, we have been waiting 6 weeks to receive a quote. Initially we were told that it was sent, but after repeated phone calls and messages, we have not had a response. We would have at least preferred the courtesy of a response, or be told the job is not able to be taken on, so that we can try and source another person.

We put a call out for some urgent veranda repairs when our gutter fell off in high winds and Danny from DNA was there the same day to provide a quote! The quote was prepared and delivered in a few days and the work completed on time and on budget a few days after that. Highly recommend Danny and Amy at DNA!
