I absolutely cannot fault this place. Nikki is so committed and caring about getting you on track with your health goals. The classes make working out fun and there is absolutely no judgement. Nikki makes you feel so welcome and this is reflected in the beautiful and safe space she has created for us to train. Thank you so much Nikki and the team and TFR ❤️

TFR is an amazing gym that is a safe, inclusive place for women of all ability levels! Having Nikki as my PT has had an incredible impact on my fitness and general well-being. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
