Terrible service. I was buying door furniture. I explained that I needed to get to another place before it closed at 4 pm. Rather than speed things up it seemed to make the service worse. I have never had such slow processing of an account, there was no apology or explanation for the delay in taking my money for very expensive items. When I complained and asked for compensation I was offered free delivery on the next order - what a great idea when you would never want to deal with this company again. Naturally I didn't get to the next place on time and so will have to waste an hour tomorrow revisiting. Avoid Pitella like the plague.

Pittella supply high quality door handles and we have them through our home. They look fantastic and are clearly a quality product. We had an issue with just a few of the handles and we approached Pittella, who without question agreed to replace the handles with new ones. It is so refreshing to see an Australian company stand behind their product quality even after 2 .5 years down the track. I highly recommend this company and their products. Well done Pittella!
