I'm a retired person with no ute or trailer. Needed a small amount of top soil for a bit of work around the yard. Top marks for customer service. Great bloke. Even gave me some tie down rope that is forgotten (face palm). I was most impressed when he asked if I'd be right with the truckers hitch to tie down the pine sleepers as the next customer came in. Very conciencious. Thanks mate. Top marks in my book. Will be back.
