Got to meet the lovely Debbie this afternoonShe was amazing. Great personality and really took the time to show how invested she was in the tenants . Shes a new asset to this real estate and I hope to meet her again. She is very up to date with real estate legislations. Was great conversing with a real estate agent that knows their job ! Would rate her more than 5 stars if I could

My experience with Joel, as Landlord, has not been good. To be fair, Addison was never paid any rental fees because our tenant was evicted once we had settled on the property. But my dealings with Joel during the eviction process and even after taking back management of the property has not been good. I couldn't trust Joel's word when he said he'd done something or ...basically anything. Delay after delay, I decided to make my own enquiries with Police, VCAT, Rental Tenancy Bond Authority, only to find Joel wasn't true to his word. I cannot recommend Addison Real Estate as a rental agent, and I would never use them after my experience with Joel.

Debbie at Addison's is fantastic so easy to talk to, very friendly and happy to help she is definitely an asset to Addison's I wouldn’t deal with anyone else thank you Debbie for all your help your amazing

Would like to give less than 1 rating if it could be possible. Worst customer service, infact no customer service at all by Mathew. It might be a good estate agency for tenants only, as they do alot of favour to tenants. do not want tenants to pay even the market rent which is going on into the area.From the purchaser and landlord point of view, i would recommend people to stay away from them. Especially Mathew has no courtesy at all. He even does not bother to shake hands.I have never come across any estate agent like Mathew. Worst experience. Have been very uncomfortable throughout the process untill settlement.

The staff have no consideration for tennants. They will blatantly disregard any rights you have and treat the lease agreement with contempt.Renting through Addison Real Estate was a horrible experience not to be recommended.

As first time renters (had always owned our home) the staff were informative and friendly. Always professional with a smile and nothing was to much trouble. Would happily recommend Addison Real Estate.

As a renter Addison Real estate are absolutely atrocious. If you don't pester them for repairs they are generally quite good. However the very moment you start pestering for repairs that's when it goes south, they breach you for a vehicle you've owned for years on the property (to be honest I did have some long edges so that part was valid). Then when you threaten to breach them for a leaking roof (that's gone 3+ years without being fixed) they then serve you with a notice to vacate for vacant possession when selling the property (comes a full month after the original notice of intention to sell). When breached they still don't bother to fix the issue, so you take them to VCAT who finally issues them with a compliance order to repair the issue, the property manager then tries to argue about how much they should invest in the repair as the owner is in the middle of selling with 0 concern for a tenant that has had no issues for the years they have been with them.You then also take them to VCAT over the notice so they make up fake breaches with letters that reference inspections that occurred 8 years prior (yes before I was a tenant) and the letter then states no breach was issued, and the letter describes the issues as completely different to the breach (both mailed the same day).When you confront them they refuse to take your call to explain the issue and refuse to tell you who sighted the issues.I am amazed that a realestate like this continues to trade as one at this point. It's an example that all tenants of Addison that have similar issues need to submit a complaint with Consumer Affairs who will investigate ongoing issues.I've also attached a photo of the grass that was breached for being too long :)Update:I've now added photos of the atrocious mold condition I had to live with for years and the solution they decided was acceptable for treating it. I quote I will leave it up to the professionals" is literally what I was told by a property manager when complaining about using a blower fan for 1 week straight on moldy carpet.An order was made by VCAT to fix this issue and the issue was NEVER fixed.Addison also likes to breach the tenancy act when conducting final inspections
