Price Attack Dubbo

Had my hair done by Brendan, very lovely bloke but I think he needs more training. I had asked for a balayage and a balayage is not what I got… I ended up with foils in a weird blocky style in the front of my head and no foils in the back but somehow had foils underneath my hair..? After watching his foiling technique I did actually ask him how long he had been hairdressing for as it seemed like he was really struggling to foil my long hair.. he told me he had been doing it for 20 years.. for a hairdresser who has been in the biz for 20 years I’m pretty disgusted in what I got.. I left and got into my car and just cried.. how could someone have not seen the mess they made.. would not recommend this place.. they may seem cheap but cheap is definitely what you get. Want quality hair go see the girls at Goochies.. the girls had my hair fixed up and looking fabulous in no time! Thanks for wasting my money Price Attack, money I could have spent on my little family.

Brandon is an excellent hair stylist, he always does a great job and prices are very reasonable.

I walk out back to my car with the colour on my forehead. Was missed by me and the hairdresser which was a little embarrassing walking through the mall and stopping at another shop then didn’t see it till I got back in my car looked in the mirror. I’m not a hairdresser but aren’t you meant to just colour the hair and not forehead?

Could not be more happy with the service I received yesterday from Renee. It was my first appointment at the salon after having heard great comments about her skills. I am over the moon with the results. Thank you so much.

Had an appointment at 2pm and was 15 mins early so was told to come back in 15 mins. Then I was seated and didn’t get told how much of a delay my appointment would be. Sat there for over an hour after my appointment time waiting patiently for my turn before finally getting up and leaving and had to anyway as they were closing an hour later. I would have happily rescheduled for another day had I been spoken to directly instead of wasting time sitting there because of a delay. Probably best to work on communication in the future about wait times, and if aren’t able to do appointment on said day, should be told when arriving. Not very happy with the service today hence the two stars, could be improved. Other than that the staff were very friendly.

I went today to buy some products. Love how well stocked it is with an amazing range. This is the third or fourth time I’d been in this store and usually find it great!But……... I browsed for a while looking around the store but not once did the young lady approach me asking if I needed any help. She then served a couple and went promptly back to ignoring me. I ended up going to her and asked her about products I was considering and she then proceeded to tell me she ‘doesn’t use any products’ not even an offer to find another staff member that could assist. Not at all helpful. On the bright side I guess she smiled and happily told me she couldn’t assist with my questionsShe needs training I think guys. Other than that it’s a great store. Just need more informed staff hence the rating.

Amazing customer service kim sold me hair care and I can not thank you enough. I have not found any product helped my dry hair. Great advise caring and helpful from the time I walked in to salon to when I walked out . Would rate more then 5 stars if I could.
