Snap Car Wash Edmondson Park

I came yesterday to get my car cleaned while I was going shopping. The guy working there (I'm assuming he is a worker and not the owner because a smart owner wouldn't refuse a service) looked at my car and said that it would be $99 to wash it in and out (for the record my car is a Ford Sedan 2008 not a luxury car).I pointed out that in their price list the minimum was $59 and that's what I wanted (i just wanted a vacuum clean inside and a wash outside) and he said no because the car was too dirty! They only could do the premium package!Yes, my car has some stains on the seats (I've got a messy toddler), but I told him I don't care. In my entire life no other car wash has ever refused me a basic service (which in my opinion $59 for it is already expensive, but I understand the convenience of it, being in a shopping centre).So I left, and I won't be going there again.

I paid a whooping 190 dollars for car detailing but they did a horrible job. It was dirty all over, glasses had smearings etc. I went back and they tried to fix it with not much effort. When I confronted the staff said its closing time now , We will offer you a free car wash for next time. I asked for any proof, they advised I know you come back anytime and We will fix it. I went back today after 2 months since I was overseas. I was greeted by a very rude guy who doesnt know any customer service skills Jason( atleast thats what he said his name was) . He said , all staff change no free car wash you go head office . Extreme insult from any client oriented business I have faced!"

Got my car fully detailed, Sahil and the team did an amazing job. For a black car that gets dirty quite quickly, they cleaned it up very nicely. Absolutely spotless inside and out. Highly recommend.

Great car wash in ed sqaure shopping centre. Staff are really friendly and very convenient to drop off your car while you do your shopping. I highly recommend the wash and polish, the car out immaculate with no swirls. Inside the car was cleaned thoroughly and I didn't have to clean the car after like I do most times after a car wash. I highly recommend snap car wash.

I left my new car extremely dirty until I found a Snap car wash. I really has trouble trusting anyone to wash my car as car washers I had used in the past always put lots of scratches on my cars and left them dirty, and the car wash place I used to go to is out of my way until I Snap which is convenient and closer to me. I’m really impressed with the service they provided and took care of my car as if it’s their own. Now I’ll be a regular. Highly recommended.
