Very disappointed and costly experience dealing with this company.Their website caught our attention especially their company profile which highlighted amongst other services, their obtaining compliance with relevant approval authorities, experience team of professionals & serving 100+ council areas etc.After we engaged their services, they maintained from the outset council approval for our residential drive-way/cross-over along with monies we spent to obtain various reports would achieve the desired outcome - WRONG!Council rejected our application as the works did not conform with 3 areas of the council's Bylaws and rules (we have an extract of the Council's email) which it seems they were not properly aware of.When we questioned Planzone, all they gave us was that they were blindsided" and did not see this coming!!What angered us even more was that Planzone continually reminded us to withdraw our application as the council would give us a refund of around 30% which amounted to a miserly $110.00 compared to several thousands we spent - Thereafter
