Not sure what sort of Lasagna is this but ham and cheese in a bath of boiling not-sure-what sauce served with spoon and parmesan cheese on the side. Unfortunately the non-italian chef has no idea about italian lasagna. I asked for water and the waitress told me to go and pick it up myself in the counter; what a service!. I wonder why the place was empty when I've got there. Sorry i cannot recommend this place.

Been here a couple of times since it's near. The pasta dishes and pizza are good. Not spectacular but fairly priced. Had the arancini balls for the first time last time. It tasted better with tabasco sauce and chili flakes. Can't go wrong with desserts, though! It's what I come back here for, honestly.

Great location near the Uni. Loved their pizza - perfect dough and cheese! One of the best pizzas I have had in a while. Nice selection of bottled beers and wines. Will be back!

I have been going to the restaurant for years however I have seen a massive change in staff and the food has just gotten worse and worse! This is no where near Italian food! The staff are all Indian, and the pasta was lacking flavour it tasted blend the semi sun dried tomato where hard so they didn’t release any flavour through the sauce there was no garlic it just tasted like cream and cheese. Very disappointed what happen to the original staff? I remember the first few times I came here was amazing, “ pre covid ! However I was here back in 2020 and the food was bland too! I’ll avoid it now it seems to have changed staff and it’s not good at all. What a shame it use to be one of myFavourites not anymore!

My brother and I came to visit last night for dinner after being told the Greek place across the street had sold out of Yiros at 6:30pmWhilst there was about a five minute wait before someone came to serve us and it's not indicated clearly that you can seat yourself it was a good experience overall.I ordered a Parma and chips and my brother got the salt and pepper squid - the food was hot and delicious and the drinks were cold and refreshing. Will definitely be returning!

I have to rate this as an excellent pizza place based on it’s location and the taste and texture of their pizza’s.As you wonder this area of Adelaide, you would most likely question if you are in an area where you can get outstanding food? and the answer is a big yes.Marcellina serve real pizza, light and flavoursome.There is plenty of choice of other Italian food if pizza is not your flavour of choice at that time.If I get back to Adelaide, I will be going back to Marcellina

I have been going to Hindley street branch for some time now and like the food and the variety. However, recently staff have not been as friendly but nothing too bad. But I don't think I will be returning after what happened today. I made a booking for a group of 13 people for 12 pm for lunch on the phone. We walked in and the person in charge looked at me saying we have no booking under your name, we are not available now. Wait outside untill we are ready!!! The restaurant was completely empty and it was hot outside (35 degrees)!! When I said I made the booking 2 days ago, he insisted rudely no one made a booking and that we should stand outside and wait! Thankfully, we found another restaurant just across the street that was happy to accomodate us on the spot, arranging tables quickly and not letting us wait in the heat outside! I understand miscommunications could happen around bookings but the situation could have been handled better by the staff.

A secret little hideaway that not many know about is their function room in the back. Bebes Function Centre. We held my daughters 21st there. There was a stage for a live band and a dance floor that we grooved on all night.The staff were polite and accommodating. The food was fantastic.Would definitely hold another function here.

Terrible servicemen my colored friend was told to order food at the counter and had to get her own cups and waters, and they were extremely rude to her. But when a white couple walks in they got table service and got there were very nice to her. They also welcomed them In Very happily but we were rudely told where our table was, will never come back. And pizza base was very doughy and wet. Will never be returning!!
