I've always found Paul to be the ultimate professional- brilliant at talent direction, a perfectionist with mixing and effects, and a top bloke too. And now he has Baxter Sound, he can work out of any studio you want, come into your agency, or work from home.

I have been working with Paul for many years on a wide variety of projects. He is an extremely professional, exceptionally capable and highly experienced sound technician. His fine ear for music, attention to detail when it comes to sound design and humble yet knowledgable approach to voice direction make every production a master piece. He is easy to work with and nothing is every too much trouble.

When I described what I had in mind, his eyes lit up and I could pretty much hear the gears in his brain go into overdrive.“We’re merging a bank and an insurer.
