What a joy it is to say our wedding day at Waters Edge was absolutely perfect.We had the challenge of planning our wedding across three different time-zones, and the team were incredibly helpful, flexible and accomodating from the start. Claudia, was so excellent in her communication, adapting to strange working hours with us to ensure we could meet to discuss everything properly.Claudia, you are incredible, patient and gave us so much confidence about our day. We set specific budget goals and you and the team worked so hard to help keep us on track while still helping us realise everything we wanted out of the day.We chose to stay at the Link Portside Apartments, which was perfect and I highly recommend. It made the preparations and arrivals super smooth.The food was delicious, we especially loved the savoury mushroom churros! I would say, their entire cocktail food menu is a lot of fun, and very very tasty. Our grandparents loved the mini Yorkshire puddings & our international guests loved the Spicy Tostadas. The team kindly let us adapt a few things from pork to chicken which meant a lot for our guests. We were of course mindful about the portions of food since we weren't serving a full dinner & in the end there was MORE than plenty for everyone. Plus, we had the additional hurdles of pleasing food palettes from both Australian and Indian guests - Everyone really loved the food!From the team on the day we'd like to personally thank the service manager Paul, who really went above and beyond with all of our guests (as well as us!) We've received so much positive feedback about you from our guests. Also, to the wonderful waitress Ebony, who personally sought our vegetarian & vegan guests to make sure they were well looked after. Brilliant staff! Great food! Went to a wedding there last night. As a person of disability and chronic illness, I am often treated like a hassle when going to events such as weddings with set seating and menus. Not here! With only a a bit of contact with them done before the day, I was met with available assistance and my own special menu. When it came to the wedding meal (oh my goodness me, it was yummy) my menu items were re-checked and served without any mix up (that's a rarity) and the staff were exceptionally professional and polite. A big mention to Kia who ran the table service. Through her attention to detail and professionalism I felt the 'safest' I have ever felt at an event. Thank you to all who were on team last night. You made myself and all the other guests, enjoy every part of the celebrations.

Nice place for wedding. The location is next to the river with nice view.

I was in an event there but honestly the room was beautiful but acoustically very poor. The area is nice with good shops.

We came here for a wedding tonight. I was part of the bridal party and we had an amazing time. Kia especially was so accommodating and thoughtful about every part of the day, she was amazing. I would definitely recommend this venue for any wedding or function. Amazing!

We had our wedding reception here at Waters Edge and it really was the best time! The food and drinks were amazing and the service was outstanding. We really cannot say enough nice things about Paul, he was an absolute pleasure and went above and beyond to make the event as special as possible for us. Many of our guests mentioned how wonderful and thoughtful he was. The whole service team did an outstanding job!Thank you so much to Claudia for her help in planning the event. It really went off without a hitch. The day was stress free as possible and the whole process leading up to the reception felt relaxed but organised.We will definitely be recommending Waters Edge to any family and friends organising an event in the future.
