Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, airy and light. It was very clean, and well appointed. The bed was excellent. Very good value. The management helpful. We recommended it to our Armidale friends for their visitors in future.

Pros: pool and spa were great, staff friendly.Cons: room wasn’t ready on arrival at 2:30pm, door on room didn’t shut properly so there was no way to lock it when we left the room, no shower gel in dispenser in bathroom, aircon in bedroom didn’t work

This place was a gem on my trip. The room was cozy, bed super comfy , well located, and they also provide sauna and a pool. I needed to do my laundry and It was included in the service provided. Amazing.To the manager, Stacey Matthews, I have no words. She went above and beyond to provide the best stay possible to me. I am travelling in a motorbike and any thing I need to sort out ir fix, she had a solution or she would try her best to help me. If amenities are great but staff are not nice, the stay won't be great. Well, this place as all I need and I strongly recommend it. Thank you again.

Overnighted here on the way back home. Staff are friendly, the room was clean and the shower was hot. Dinner recommendation was shot on as well!!

Apparent manager, Matt?, extremely rude to us and the staff. Come up with every excuse under the sun as to why he never had time to call us as requested by staff. Kept lying to staff about calling us as well. Really thought he was above everyone else.Air con not working, hallway smelt of urine, floor drain in bathroom backed up and flooded when let water out of bath tub - sent a video to manager of the flooding but didn’t even bother to reply.Rooms were big, staff did good job of cleaning but the place needs some maintenance.Plenty of car parking spaces.

Very well priced, affordable Motel located in Armidale. Rooms are rather spacious and bathroom was very large as well. Staff were extremely helpful and assisted us when needed. Pool and spa are a nice addition. Hallway to our unit was a bit grubby and could do with some new carpet, but overall very happy with our experience!
