Ive been going to the joondalup salon the Staff are rude.they just leaving you sitting there. They sit and speak their own language to each other with no interaction with the client . Last pedicure i had the girl cut my toe probably because shes always checking her phone they Never go out of their way to helpWill NOT go back there

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Asked to change the shape of my nail and got laughed at and completely ignored the whole time. I was sitting there for nearly an hour and a half just trying to do a simple set of nails. Rude to other customers as well as left the salon with nail polish all over my fingers and acrylic on my hands. Using the same nail clippers withought washing them. Completely disgusting.

I got 80% of a pedicure.. as I was about to get up and leave the nail tech casually mentions to me that she didn't put any shellac on my pinky toe nails because there was no nail there.. well I walked in with 10 toenails why do I suddenly only have 8.. what did you do?!I do have ridiculously small pinky toe nails to the point it is ridiculous but never in my life have they been cut so short that they don't exist. So I now have a different colour of regular nail polish painted on my skin where my toe nails used to be.. what freak.Also this place is way more pricey than other nail places offering the same services.Avoid avoid avoid.

BEWARE!! Go anywhere but here! I was cut with an electric drill to the point blood was drawn. The salon and equipment are FILTHY, the staff are incompetent and rude and they will scream at you when you raise any problem!! Super expensive and terrible job which was nothing like I asked. I walked out without paying and I now go to fashion nails around the corner. MUCH better in every way!!

The lady that did my nails was alright to talk to. However, they often roughly pull or twist my finger to adjust to their position, hurting me in the process. The lady had trouble sticking some stickers to my nails (as the original design was) so the manager came to inspect it I guess. From standing, she just pulled my hand without any warning to see what was wrong. I mean, they talk in their language %95 so I can’t really guess she needed to see. The final result wasn’t good unfortunately, was chunky and wonky and the stickers were literally sticking out like little horns but they just coated on top like that. They charged $70 for refill (it used to be $50 as in 2 weeks ago) I don’t think I will comeback to this place.

This message is to the owner directly. Please take pride in your business and your job-clean the place, it is filthy. Nail salon should be sanitary. You are charging a lot so give your customers a good service in return.

First time at Joondalup salon, very rude & rushed job. Came back for the second time as 3 nails had broken and I wanted them fixed. I didn’t expect to be welcomed by the young gals full moon on arrival. In a place of business the service was horrible & I felt I was at the skimpys instead of a bloody nail salon. Wont be back again.Oh and if you have all day, I suggest you come here as you wait such a long time to even get started.

Customer service wasn’t great…Nails always break in about a week.We were first in but didn’t leave for about an hour because they would start our nails , get half way then serve someone else. On top of that they charged $75 for a French tips.Will get much cheaper, better quality else where. Do not recommend

I had extensions with SNS and the result was poor. Some of the tips applied were at an upward angle, giving the nails an unnatural “lifted” look. After SNS was applied there was almost no shaping/buffing to the surface of the nail or at the base where the cuticle is. Result? The surface is pitted and as the nail grows all there will be is a solid ridge of SNS instead of the graduated tapering into the nail as there should be. Even the length of the of the nails is noticeably inconsistent with some shorter than others. I’ve had SNS for years and this is the worst application. An amateurish job and certainly not worth $65. I did see a client who was getting just a straight manicure of existing nails and the result looked fine, but if you’re looking for extensions perhaps consider elsewhere.

The service here is absolutely shocking! They hardly speak to you and when they do they are beyond rude. I use to come all the time and always had great experiences however this time was awful. All customers were looking around at each other confused on how people can be so rude. They aren’t helpful or welcoming when they “greet” you. I waited for over an hour and wasn’t spoken to the entire time I was there. I ended up walking out and tried to speak with the staff on my exit and was blatantly ignored. Stay away there are way better nail salons in Joondalup - go anywhere else!!!!!
