Absolutely terrible.Purchased the Gun Metal towel ladder. First one came. You could see through the gun metal where it had obviously not been finished properly. Sent it back. Waited 1.5 weeks for another.Second one came - same thing - State Manager apologised and said these were sent from a batch that was meant to be quarantined but they had a new employee who was obviously sending from the wrong batch. Sent it back. Waited again for another.Third one came - exactly the same.Horrible finish. The lighting in the bathrooms is bright and you can see what appears to be a copper colour on the sides of the towel rail where the bars meet the sides. Obviously the colour is not finished properly.I have now lost so so much time dropping off/picking up all of these faulty items. Not to mention my fitter - who advised me not to accept them like this for the price paid.No quality control.Really not happy at all. Dont want to deal with Radiant ever again.

Radiant has provided us, upon first request, user instruction manuals for the underfloor and towel rack heating systems, which we had not received from the builder/developer. Nice and quick service!

Great product range - really happy with our new heated towel rails. Lovely and warm, just in time for winter!

Amazing. Love it so much. Looked at others first as this was a little more expensive but you can see the quantity, its 100% better than some cheaper brands. Will be going back and doing my floor with underfloor heating by winter.
