Arctic installed 2 new split systems and relocated an existing one as part of a renovation to our home. They responded to my initial request for a quote quickly, discussed options (ducted vs split) and this time we decided to go split on their advice, and when we were ready booked the install within a few weeks. The price was mid range, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They also coordinated with other trades we had coming to the property quickly adjusting the time as required. The install took a day with 2 workers on site all day, friendly and professional, providing a clear and concise handover explaining how the units worked. We are very happy with their customer service and will be using them for the regular annual clean/maintenance if required. Thankyou Arctic.

Arctic Air is a very thorough and professional business. From quoting to installation all stages were carried out to an excellent standard. The installation team were very thorough and demonstrated a very high level of trade proficiency. The Team took care and were proud of their work in all aspects as demonstrated by the standard and finish of the installation. If you need a fabulous company to install a full reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system and remove an existing one then Jye and his team are the pick of the crop. Fantastic right from the quote to supplying and install and dismantling our old ducted system. Jye, Callan and Austin turned up promptly and spent 2 full 9hr days to complete our job. They are polite, considerate and professional and clean up when finished. I can't speak highly enough of them and I would certainly recommend them. 5 Stars well done.

From the very start their punctuality and follow up and communication was outstanding, they removed an ac unit from the roof on our 2 stores duplex and installed a new unit to the ground they ran new wiring and the finished job was amazing. Great job team I would surely recommend you guys to anyone. Pay a little more and you get what you pay for. The customer service was like it used to be many years ago.
