We found Ron's team to be very professional when replacing our old Solar System. They came out very quickly to assess the damage done and thenoffered a competitive quote to replace it. We also love the Isolar App to help monitor our power usage.

Recently we experienced a situation where we went up against a big name air con company with a faulty unit. Ron provided with so much support, information and advocacy that we felt comfortable to push back against said company. The result was a massive win for us by way of a replacement air con unit.Every time we have used Pro Spark the communication has been of the highest standard, right down to a phone call if they are going to be late to the job. I didn’t get my solor through pro smart not for any bad reason just went in a different direction,but I still wanted to give a shout out to Amy from pro spark her customer service was great she went above and beyond for me and put my needs first gave me a lot of advice I would recommend the team for others looking for solor.

This is the second time I have engaged the team at ProSpark Electrical, but technically it is my third solar installation. It was finally time to go big and they offered a competitive price on a brand new 13.28kW system with 10kW inverter. As part of the install they also carefully removed my old system that I can now sell to offset the cost of the new system.The team worked tirelessly over two days, even battling some rain showers on the second day that forced them off the roof until it was safe (and dry) enough to continue. Since installation the new system has been pushing me through the gloomy days really well, and I can't wait to see it shine in the sun... whenever that decides to finally come out!I really can't speak highly enough of their work ethic and am already discussing my next project with them, some ducted work on my existing air-conditioner, and a new air-conditioner for a cellar space.
