Middleton's Pharmacy

Middletons is absolutely fantastic. The store is always very clean and well presented. But best of all, the staff are incredible. They are so friendly and helpful, they provide excellent customer service and are so knowledgeable.

The best pharmacy!! Everyone who works there is friendly, kind and helpful. The pharmacists go out of their way to help you, suggest ways to deal with situations and offer advice. They actually know you by name and your situation without you having to remind them. Also, the prices for prescriptions are great. We have only lived in the area for 8 months and only went there by chance, and I guarantee will never go anywhere else!! Margaret Matthews

I use Middletons Pharmacy as my chemist and they always care about my needs and are always there in my times of need particularly during the pandemic. They put care over money and I know that whatever my needs are as an immunocompromised patient, they will always look after me.

Best pharmacy hands down for service and advice. Owner is very helpful and if he or his wife are not working a staff member named Brayden is always helpful. Have had many products or advice recommended for my kids that have worked wonders.

Vinay and the team are amazing -;they go over and above for my family and I. I am a immunocompromised individual who due to my personal response to the vaccines am at extremely higher risk of being desperately ill should I get covid. The team at the pharmacy ensured that I have a rapid antigen test, ensured that I got my life saving medications and did so in a safe way for me. I am especially grateful that Vinay and his team go over and above for vulnerable people like me. During these challenging times it's can be difficult to find care for the vulnerable, but that's what makes Middleton's pharmacy a stand out. They care and are very understanding of their customers needs They offer exceptional customer service.Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I worked at Middleton's for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it. Vinay and Ann Marie were wonderful to work with and taught me some very valuable skills to carry throughout life. Their genuine and caring approach towards all customers provide a high quality service. It is always a joy to visit.

I would not recommend this pharmacyI went in yesterday and saw they had posted a sign saying they were out of R.A.T's - understandable since that's the situation everywhere at the moment. However, the person behind the counter offered to sell one to another customer. I asked if I could grab one or two for my own family and they refused.Turns out they actually sold two kits to the other customer.It is shameful that this pharmacy will put signs up and lie to customers only to pick and choose who gets to be sold certain items. Very unethical.

This is a truly wonderful pharmacy ! All of the people there treat you with kindness and respect and help you whenever you need help. They are willing to answer any questions and go out of there way to get in items that they don't have in stock . They even ring when an item becomes available. I love this pharmacy.

I had a poor experience here. I tried to buy masks at the start of the pandemic for my partner who had to go to work. The staff member made me feel terrible and tried to tell me it was not required. I feel like they didn’t listen to me, and then even customers jumped in. I actually left in tears, and really upset. A first impression and now I won’t give them any business again.
