This was a gift from my son and as I had never had a massage or facial before, I was a bit unsure what to expect. The whole atmosphere from start to finish was relaxing and calm and the massage was so good I was drifting away, it felt like my poor old body was being lifted up and renewed. I then had lunch with a nice glass of bubbles, the view from the balcony is spectacular. After that the facial was also extremely relaxing, Heather’s voice is so calming and tranquil. My skin felt lovely and smooth too. Highly recommended.

Heather is warm and friendly, inviting you into her clean and relaxing space. Relaxing because the music, scent and view was appreciated. Her communication when booking was quick and easy.I give four stars because I prefer a strong pressure massage, however being pregnant that was not possible. This is no fault of Heather's, just a reflection of my experience.

I had a full day spa experience with Heather. It was magical. I had been feeling stressed and was looking for a way to let go. Heather and I emailed, chatted on the phone prior to my day. Her planning was meticulous. Everything was geared to my needs. Nothing was to much trouble. Lunch was delicious and matched my dietary needs. I can thoroughly recommend all of her services. I slept so well for days afterwards. The best relaxation service I have ever experienced. I will definitely return!

We wanted to arrange a nice birthday gift of a massage experience for our daughter who is doing a study abroad from the US in Brisbane. We found Heather through a Google search and were impressed by how highly rated she was, as well as the very wide range of services offered. We found her level of engagement and caring during our initial information gathering and booking to be impressive. She was very invested in giving our daughter a special experience. We ended up going with a half day spa experience and our daughter's comments afterwards were Heather was really sweet and knowledgeable and it was super relaxing!". Heather is a very warm and caring therapist. I decided to give her a try after reading the reviews online. She took the time to understand my health history before providing treatment. Heather has a very cosy and relaxed treatment area with easy parking. She provided sound recommendations to complement her treatment. I will certainly revisit Heather in the near future. The only downside is having to coordinate a time over the phone versus online bookings and she's pretty popular and tricky to get in to.
