We have really enjoyed building our home with JRZ. They really are the best in Bundy. Everything has been extremely well organized and the build cruised along with no hiccups. We are absolutely wrapped with the quality and craftsmanship of our new home.A special thanks to Mick the brickie for doing such a wonderful job of our bricks- we love them.& Carl the painter who has such an eye for detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with the end result.Katy in the office is great and very efficient at answering any silly questions I had during the build.We found all of the trades and staff members to be really friendly and professional.Our whole experience with JRZ has been enjoyable and stress free. Wrapping up the build of our long awaited family home brings us great joy. We are extremely happy with the finished product and the quality of the craftsmanship and materials really put JRZ above everyone else. Their tradespeople and subbies all worked so hard and were really great to deal with.Although there were many bumps along the way, due to unprecedented times in the building industry, we always felt that our best interests were looked after.Our project manager Colby was exceptional. His practical solutions and technical advice really made a difference to our build.JRZ went above and beyond with their communication and openness and it was greatly appreciated.We are so excited to be raising our family in our new JRZ home.

Absolutely loved our experience building with JRZ. They kept us in the loop weekly, involved us heavily in the process yet made everything so incredibly easy…I didn’t know building a home could be so easy!!! Would 100% recommend and we will be doing some work with them in the future!!

Right from the first visit to the display home we felt at ease with the friendly sales staff and design people. They were open to all our ideas and changed things around so they would work so much better than what we had in mind.Following on, the building of our home has been a great thing to watch. The trade guys did a magnificent job in building our home. They were always happy to answer questions from us and explain things at all stages. Their standard of quality is second to none. If it was not perfect it was not good enough. Needless to say that the quality of the work performed is fantastic.We are extremely happy with all aspects of our new home. What should have been a stressful few months having a new home built has been very much the opposite. JRZ Homes are professional, punctual, high quality, transparent and reliable. The quality of work can not be faulted at all. If there were any questions or concerns that we had during the planning and build process they were dealt with efficiently and professionally with positive outcomes. Nothing was too hard. I have absolutely loved every minute of the build of my 1st new home. No doubt in the future if I ever get the privilege of building again... itl be no second guessing that i will build again with JRZ. The Jrz chippies, Jessie, subbies, boys/girls in the office have all been so kind and nothing was ever a hassle. Its been smooth sailing since the first moment i spoke to jessie about building and getting things underway with Dave. No doubt JRZ have the best contractors and employees and the end result proves that. Thankyou for the weekly updates and getting back to me so quickly on any question I had. Its been unreal to see blank dirt turn into such an amazing time in so little time.JRZ #1

JRZ uses excellent tradesman and quality contractors to ensure the quality of build is exceptional. You get what you pay for when it comes to JRZ and in my opinion, excellent value for money. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of our home, how quickly and smoothly it came together. Our build was custom and somewhat complicated and JRZ rose to the challenge.
