Good painting work, However I booked an appointment as I had a busy day, I got there at 10.30 my appointment time and had to wait until 11.15, so I could only get my pedicure instead of both manicure and pedicure at that time. I had the go back later that day to get my manicure and again booked an appointment which was 30 mins late, they seem to just take walk ins and not reserve staff for appointments - there wasn't really an apology either, they seemed quite unphased both appointments were so late - sorry wouldn't go back.

Amazing salon, the guys here are so friendly and do a fantastic job! Highly recommend

This was hands down the worst experience that I’ve had at a nail salon. The staff were so rude, and I mean downright mean and dismissive. Then the woman who did my nails said she could follow the reference picture I’d provided (which was plain gel nails with a sparkle drawn on) and ignored me when I said I was unhappy with them. She drew crosses and targets on my nails instead and ignored me again when I asked her if we could make it look like the picture. One of the colours I chose was also very different outside of the bottle and I immediately asked if we could change it and she said I could only chose from their most expensive paints. So I asked if I could use a colour I’d seen in the swatches I’d chosen from and she said ‘no’ and carried on doing the terrible design, brushing me off. Then she finished and just walked away leaving me unsure what to do, so I went to pay, only to find they were charging me $60 dollars!!! For gel and a couple poorly drawn lines, when I asked if that was right the cashier just tapped the machine against the counter and looked at me. At this point I was too embarrassed and intimidated to say anything so I just did it, which I regret because there is no way that was a fair price. Anyway please save your time and money, no one should have to be treated like that.Edit - I definitely have the right place, I was in there today (01/04/2022) and I sat on the outer edge of the second row and I'm sure there aren't many people who get charged $60 for gel nails with some poorly done art. I would love to give you guys a second chance because my companion was happy with her nails, I was just done wrong.

Felt very rushed, hardly anyone was present in the shop and for $90 I am not happy with my results, the technician I had was a bit rough with the drills on my skin and although the reference photo was matched my polish has all kinds of dust and other particles in it that shouldn’t be there. staff seemed to be short tempered and were moving my hands forward and backward as if I were a rag doll and not a human being.As a person that has had some significant damage and loss of nail to one finger their discussion on it and expressions didn’t make me feel very comfortable to be there. As well as the tugging, twisting and lack of gentleness of said finger certainly didn’t help me feel very comfortable

I was impressed by the kindness of the owners at Icon Nail who went out of their way to accommodate me by staying open a after closing time so I could get my set of French tips. Based on this level of customer service and the outcome of my nails, I highly recommend Icon Nail to anyone looking for quality set of nails

I went here today to have my nails done after having a terrible experience at nail spot last week and needing my nails sorted.Highly recommend them, I’ve been here before and never been disappointed in their service. Do not go to nail spot or the one in coles shopping centre if you are looking to have a nice experience!Excellent service, fair price and am absolutely in love with my nails, won’t be going anywhere else in Mudgee again :)

The technician took extra time and care to do my nails, she was tentative and made sure I really liked my shape & color. If the service was a bit quicker, I would have given a higher rating.
