Got a parcel sent from Sydney.Company sent it DHL Express spent a day and half in a 3 party facility..Hate to see standard delivery ..I could have got the train and been back in 5 hours round trip ..

They moved more than 8 months ago and haven't bothered to change their address details. How pathetic considering they're servicing people on premises for drop offs/pick ups.Customer Service is very good once you actually find it and get there.I would give a higher rating for that alone if I hadn't spent an hour looking for it and ending up finding it coincidentally.

After 2 failed attempts with Australia Post to send 2 A4 pieces of paper express overseas I was extreemly relieved to find this service centre. Not only did I receive personalized service, my documents arrived on time first time.

I had to send back an item few weeks ago, it was a suitcase I had to ship back because of an issue. I told them to be careful with it, if they could put it in a box or at least make sure it would be protected since it was an expensive suitcase. They said no problem etc.Result: they sent the suitcase like that, without protection or anything and now it has been received damaged by the company.Was it hard to wrap it at the bare minimum? Is it what you pay for at DHL?Apart from that the shipment was very fast and I got frequent emails to track it, I just wish they were careful and listen to the instructions...

Website shows this service point opens until 4pm on 26th December, however, no one was in the service point when we arrived. We called customer service and were advised that the service point decided to close earlier and closed at 12pm. We were told that it will reopen on 28th December, we are now here at the service point again at 11:17, there is still no one working!
