I was supposed to give 5 star to the service I used. Excellent work for rodent treatment. He said he will come back in four weeks time for follow up. On the day of appointment he did not turn up and no call. I rang the 1800 number to see what was wrong and the lady told me she will check with him and someone will call back. A week later still nobody called. I rang again to see what was going on. The lady said they did send him a message but I will book an appointment for you and make sure he comes. Again nobody turned up and no call since now, no explanation. I don't think this is called professionalism at all. My advice to you that if at all you can't make it for any reason atleast inform your customers.

Rusty' Pest Control provided a professional service at a reasonable price. Technicians have an in depth knowledge of the industry. They have rectified our concerns and we are now on a scheduled maintenance plan and ensure we have no more problems. Can't recommend Alan and his professional team enough.

I’ve used Rusty’s for a few years. Always excellent service. He uses the proper strength of spray so the protection lasts for quite a while. He doesn’t water down the pesticide as some others do. No spiders in the home especially those nasty white tails and red backs. A friendly man who does a thorough and professional job. Highly recommend.

We used Rusty's years ago at an old property and we never saw any spiders for a year.We moved 2 different times since then and went with another pest company at the new place and had a poor experience with whitetails frequenting the house even after 6 weeks of initial spray.We remembered how good Rusty's was years ago and decided to go with them to respray.Alan was lovely and very thorough. Spent time going through the house. Outside and the gardens/grass area.We look forward to having less whitetails living rent free in the house moving forward.Thanks Alan :)

Rustys service was A+ good bloke, quality service. Its been one week and already see the results. We dont have to worry about any creepy crawlies on our walls inside and outside, we can sleep knowing we aint gonna wake up to 8 little eyes beaming down on us. Thank you Rusty

Rusty was wonderful to deal with, he was thorough, knowledgeable, a very nice guy and genuine, I had to get an end of lease service and he was extremely reasonable, his wife was also amazing to deal with too, great service would definitely recommend to everyone and he was a local business too, so a win win for everyone!!

PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK !We got our house sprayed for cockroaches and spiders. We ended up getting Rusty to come back and spot treat our house FOUR times (during a 6 month period) . And each time we kept on finding new spiders. We paid $400 for a treatment which doesn't work. When we wrote to the company he said that he cant guarantee that spiders will return due to various weather conditions and his guarantee would only last 6 months maximum. I asked for my money back , which was declined . So hence this review. Would NOT recommend Rusty's. (photo of latest discovery )

Been using Rusty’s since 2015 for ants, spiders and cockroaches. Sprayed indoors and outdoors.Always treated around August to October.Protection tends to last for a good 4-6months which is all we need since there are no insects that bother us outside of that.We stay in the west near the beach so winds get pretty strong. Insects easily get blown into our compound but they never survive during that protection period. Quite amusing to watch actually.Alan’s really careful as well when spraying indoors and neat without over-spraying. This helps because the dried residue can look a little messy (more so on glossy surfaces).All in all, really happy with the service and product that Rusty’s provides. Highly recommended given the years of experience we have had with them.
